Patient Care Technician (PCT) - Full-Time Days/Nights

About the role

HonorHealth Rehabilitation Hospital in affiliation with Select Medical is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our dedicated team in Scottsdale, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Transports patients to and from various treatment areas when necessary
• Assists in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs
• Performs services for the patient involving dressing, showering, bathing, and oral feeding
• Answers patient lights and performs services in a timely manner that adds to the physical well-being of the patient
• Participates in patient turning/repositioning, performs purposeful hourly rounds
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Requires hospital experience as a patient care technician, nursing assistant, or experience in a related field such as a medical assistant, or actively enrolled nursing student
• Certified BLS or completion within first 90 days of employment required

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: $20.11 - $25.50 per hour, based on years of experience with shift differentials
• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
