Patient Care Technician (PCT) - Full-time Days

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Full-time Days, 12HR Shifts, 6:00-6:30
Compensation: $20.11 - $25.50 Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
Requires At Least 1 Year Of PCT/nursing Assistant Experience.

Responsibilities

• Transports patients to and from various treatment areas when necessary
• Affords assistance in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs
• Performs services for the patient involving dressing, showering, bathing and oral feeding
• Answers patient lights and performs services in a timely manner that adds to the physical well-being of the patient
• Participates in patient turning/repositioning, performs purposeful hourly rounds
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Requires hospital experience as a patient care technician, nursing assistant or experience in a related field such as a medical assistant or as an actively enrolled nursing student
• Certified BLS or completion within first 90 days of employment required
