Responsibilities
- Perform various patient care activities and accommodative services under the general supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse.
- Provide patient care activities within the limits of the position.
- Do not administer medications or therapy.
- Do not assume independent responsibility for patient care.
- Carry out duties consistent with PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Minimum of two to three years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit preferred.
