Job Description

Patient Care Technicians support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to multiple patients at a time. Key responsibilities include welcoming patients, evaluating vascular access, performing cannulation, obtaining vital signs, initiating and discontinuing dialysis treatments, and documenting patient responses. The role requires strong communication and technical skills, as well as the ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Success Profile

The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion for developing deep relationships with patients. They should be able to handle the emotional and physical demands of the role, including heavy lifting and assisting with patient mobility. Prior direct patient care experience is essential, and familiarity with dialysis processes is beneficial.
