This role involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening clinics early in the morning.
Job Description
Patient Care Technicians at Fresenius Medical Care support the dialysis health care team by assisting with patient-specific education, evaluating vascular access, performing vascular access cannulation, obtaining vital signs, initiating dialysis treatment, monitoring patients, and documenting treatment details. They also assist in training other direct patient care staff and follow infection control practices.
Success Profile
Successful candidates should have prior customer service, healthcare, and direct patient care experience. They should also have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion for developing deep relationships with patients and improving their quality of life.
