About the role
Excellent Paid Training Provided! DaVita is hiring a full-time Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment!
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
- Maintain a sterile environment and monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- Record vital signs and patient data
- Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
- Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
Requirements
- Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- A flexible Full-Time schedule working 3-4 days/week, 10-12-and/or-14-hour shifts (alternating Saturdays), with Sundays off
Preferred
- CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience

Compensation
- New York Exempt: $66,300.00/year
- New York Non-exempt: $17.00/hour
