About The Role
This is a great opportunity for a Technician eager to make a meaningful impact in home-based care. As Circadia's full-time Patient Care Technician, you will play a crucial role in connecting technology with patient care—visiting patient homes in the Orange County area (including Mission Viejo and Anaheim) to install Circadia’s remote monitoring devices and facilitating initial telehealth visits with our Nurse Practitioners. Your work will enable early clinical interventions and reduce preventable hospitalizations, advancing Circadia’s mission to bring high-quality, proactive care into patients' homes.
What You’ll Do
- Oversight of Circadia device installations at designated patient locations for the Home Health Program
- Facilitation of patients’ initial telehealth visits with our dedicated Home Health Nurse Practitioner
- Education and empowerment of patients to use the device and set up telehealth visits
- Management of routine device maintenance, IT setup, configuration, and assembly of medical equipment
- Coordination with internal teams throughout the customer lifecycle for successful technology deployment
- Audit and maintenance of the asset management list
- Support for the Procurement Team with supply chain planning for future installs and company growth
- Weekly office visits for picking up supplies (or as needed)

Must-Have Qualifications
- Basic IT networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, VLAN configuration)
- Skilled with power tools and equipment for mounting and installation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for daily travel between patient homes)
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and customer service skills, especially with elderly or vulnerable populations
- Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy standards
- Willingness to pass a background check
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, given the Orange County service area
