Patient Care Technician II - ER

Position Summary

The Patient Care Technician II performs a variety of clinical and environmental tasks under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The Patient Care Technician II duties are of a technical nature requiring specialized training and skills. The Patient Care Technician II demonstrates the ability to care for patients of all ages in the clinical setting.

Position Requirements

• Education: High school diploma/GED preferred, Associate’s Degree/Clinical Certification preferred or comparable Copley experience.
• Certifications: CPR Required, CNA certification preferred, Crisis Prevention Institute Training preferred (CPI), Telemetry class within one year of employment.
• Special Skills: Bilingual (Spanish) abilities highly desirable.
• Experience: Previous experience preferred.
