Maintenance Engineer II – Healthcare Facilities

Role: Maintenance Engineer II Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.Respond to work orders and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.Monitor life-safety and building automation systems for optimal performance.Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.Document work activities in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Collaborate with clinical and support teams to create a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment.Contribute to technical skill development. Qualifications & Skills Strong knowledge of building systems maintenance.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols.Experience with CMMS documentation.Effective collaboration and communication skills.
