Patient Care Technician - Full-Time, Night Shift

Position Overview: Assists in providing individualized patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN). Works collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve patient wellness and performs essential clinical procedures and support tasks. Responsibilities include: Supporting patient needs, executing clinical duties, and contributing to a team-focused environment. Qualifications And Skills High school diploma, G.E.D., CNA/CPCT, or enrollment in a healthcare career programCompletion of a 175-hour training program (if no prior experience), within 90 days of hireBasic Life Support (BLS) certification within one monthAbility to lift, push, pull 50 pounds, and perform prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reachingPreferred: EMT, Paramedic, CNA, or prior patient care experience; additional certifications like EMT, AUA, CPCT are advantageous Key Duties: Providing patient support, performing clinical procedures, and supporting team goals to ensure quality care.
