Responsibilities
- Assist nurses and therapists with direct and indirect patient care
- Safely transport patients throughout the organization
- Pick up and deliver x-rays, supplies, scans, mail, and other materials
- Support smooth and efficient patient flow within the clinic
- Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement activities
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered care environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time direct patient experience; or
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in a healthcare setting; or
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time face-to-face customer service experience; or
- Matriculation in a Nursing Program.
Note: Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
Pay
Starting hourly rate: $18.55
