Patient Care Technician - Evening Shift

About the Role

Provide basic patient care, personal needs, comfort, and safety under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs, height, weight, and oxygen saturation
• Report unusual observations to nursing staff
• Collect specimens and record intake/output
• Assist with personal care and daily activities
• Perform clinical procedures independently or under supervision
• Support nutritional needs through meal setup and assistance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Desire to help others and pursue healthcare
• Basic computer skills (preferred)
• Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days
• CNA certification preferred but not mandatory
• Flexible in response to change and team-oriented
• Available to work every other weekend and holiday
• Vaccination against influenza is mandatory for employment

Pay

$19.50 - $26.24 per hour, with potential additional pay based on various factors
