The successful candidate will provide patient care in the Emergency Department setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and nurses in providing patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes
- Document patient care activities accurately
Requirements
- Current NJ Patient Care Technician License
- At least 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience as a Patient Care Technician in the U.S.
- Current Clinical License and Specialty Certifications mandated by State
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association
- Pass background check
- Physical examination within 12 months
- TB skin test and titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella within 12 months
- Respiratory Fit Test within 12 months
- Current Tdap/Flu vaccinations
