Functions appropriately in clinical emergencies.Participates in practice changes resulting from performance improvement activities and supports quality standards and initiatives.Follows prescribed isolation guidelines, demonstrates appropriate use of protective equipment, performs handwashing according to policy, and enforces safety regulations.Exhibits a desire to learn and upgrades skills continuously.
