About the role
Our Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a PCT, you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Our Patient Care Technicians combine technical skills with a genuine passion to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Desire to care for people and comfort working around blood and needles
- Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO (or other state-approved certification if applicable)
- Experienced PCTs must have current BLS/CPR certification

Pay
$17.35 - $28.20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
