About the Role

DelRicht is a clinical research company dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience to all patients that participate in our clinical trials. Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! Main Objective

The Patient Care Technician is responsible for providing quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies:

  • Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently seeing to it that all clinical trial protocols are being adhered to 100% of the time
  • Patients are recruited and enrolled into clinical trials, providing an exceptional and comfortable experience to our patients throughout their participation
  • Ensuring patients come to and complete their clinical trial visits throughout the study
  • Data entry is completed in a timely and accurately manner, with strong aptitude to work across multiple electronic medical systems
  • Serve as a confident point of contact for pharmaceutical sponsors and Contract Research Organizations (CROs) for our clinical trials
  • Ensuring our clients receive amazing customer service: deliver memorable onsite visits, and drive confidence in our capabilities through clear, constant communication in-between visits
  • Serve as a go to, knowledgeable resource to our physicians; you will ensure our physicians are well informed of their schedules, protocols, and other important elements of our clinical trials

Qualifications

  • Required: B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university or college
  • Preferred: +1 year of professional experience in customer service, patient care, or other people-forward environment
  • Preferred: Experience in a clinical, patient-facing role
  • Required: Willingness to work onsite in Gulfport, MS Monday-Friday
  • Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Full-Time 40+ hrs, On-site in Gulfport, MS Monday-Friday
