Make a real difference in patients’ lives. DaVita is seeking an Experienced Dialysis Patient Care Technician with active CCHT to provide hands-on dialysis care in a hospital setting. Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one dialysis care to patients with kidney disease
- Maintain patient safety and monitor vital signs
- Set up and operate dialysis machines
- Observe and document treatment sessions
- Support patients physically and emotionally throughout their care
- Provide education on dialysis-related topics
- Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
Requirements
- Accredited High School diploma, GED credential, or equivalent
- Comfort working with blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina for long shifts (up to 12+ hours)
- Flexibility to float between facilities as needed
- Previous healthcare experience a plus (CNA, MA, Phlebotomy, CHT, BONENT certified)

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. DaVita offers a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
