About the role
A Patient Care Technician (PCT) supports patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. Key responsibilities include delivering safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care, monitoring patients, setting up and maintaining equipment, recording vital signs, educating patients, and collaborating with care team members.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- Record vital signs and patient data
- Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
- Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
Requirements
- Accredited High School diploma, GED credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- PREFERRED: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience

Pay
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
Schedule
Three to four/10-12 hour shifts/e/o Saturday
Starting time: 5:00 am
