Patient Care Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
- Maintain monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- Record vital signs and patient data
- Provide education on treatment and kidney health
- Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
Requirements
- Accredited High School diploma, GED credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience

About the Role
DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
Schedule Overview
Full-time role working 30-40 hours/week. Teammate must have open availability Monday-Saturday for rotating shifts that can begin as early as 4:15am for opening, and end as late as 8:30pm if closing. Shifts are 10-12 hours long scheduled in advance. Saturdays are rotated and Sundays we are closed.
