Patient Care Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
- Maintain a sterile environment and monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- Record vital signs and patient data accurately
- Provide educational support to patients regarding their treatment and kidney health
- Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
Requirements
- Accredited High School diploma, GED credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience preferred
