About the role

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
  • Maintain a sterile environment and monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
  • Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
  • Record vital signs and patient data
  • Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
  • Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Requirements

  • Accredited High School diploma, GED credential, or equivalent
  • Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
  • Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
  • Willing to float between local clinics if needed
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience

Schedule

Must be available to work Monday, Wednesday, Friday beginning shifts as early as 5am if opening, and ending shifts as late as 9pm if closing. Incoming PCT will also occasionally fill in shifts at other nearby DaVita locations including Mesquite, Hurricane, and Cedar City.
