Patient Care Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Maintain a sterile environment and monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data accurately
• Provide educational support to patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Requirements

• Accredited High School diploma, GED credential, or equivalent
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience preferred

The position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Wage Range for the role is $20.50 - $32.00/hour. Patient Care Technician ICHD Resident: $21.00 - $22.25/hour. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
