How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Execute essential clinical and non-clinical care tasks under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient safety and comfort.
• Facilitate patient mobility through safe lifting and positioning; assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including hygiene, feeding, and personal care.
• Monitor patient status and promptly report changes in physical, mental, or emotional conditions to the nursing team while maintaining accurate medical records.
• Optimize the care environment by maintaining clean, organized patient rooms and ensuring all medical equipment is sanitized and fully operational.

Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Aide preferred.
• Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
