About the role
Champion Patient Comfort: Assist patients with personal care and daily activities to preserve their dignity and ensure a safe, comfortable healing environment.
Coordinate Safe Transitions: Guide and support patients safely during admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure smooth transitions of care.
Serve as a Clinical Liaison: Observe and proactively report changes in patients' physical, mental, and emotional status to the nursing team to guarantee swift, responsive care.
Maintain Care Environments: Organize patient rooms and manage medical equipment to uphold strict safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
Responsibilities

- Observe and proactively report changes in patients' physical, mental, and emotional status to the nursing team to guarantee swift, responsive care.

Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Aide credentialed from the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work in a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Qualifications
- Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
