About the role
Provide basic healthcare and support to patients. Assist with daily living activities and maintain a safe, clean environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean patients’ rooms and common areas
- Monitor patients’ health and vital signs
- Assist patients with feeding, grooming, bathing, and mobility
- Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., CNA, PCA, or nursing assistant)
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
Qualifications
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: patience, empathy, and compassion
- Effective communication: active listening, clear speaking, writing, and reading comprehension
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
Pay
- Estimated gross weekly pay: $1,203
- Estimated weekly stipend: $483
Schedule
Three 12-hour night shifts per week
