What a Patient Care Tech (Certified Nursing Assistant) Will Do
- Assists in monitoring activities as directed and under the supervision of the RN
- Assists with patient admission, discharge or transfer
- Assists in patient's increased mobility
- Maintains a clean and organized environment
- Administers hygiene care to patients
What a PCT/CNA Will Need
- H.S. Graduate or a GED required
- Current Florida State CNA license required
- Ability to work full-time
- Previous experience working as a PCT in an acute care, rehab or skilled nursing facility is preferred
- Current BLS through the American Heart Association
