CNA $5000 Full Time Sign on Bonus
Located in Tomah, WI at a 74-bed facility. Must hold a current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA).

Responsibilities
- Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan
- Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
- Understand and follow infection control procedures
- Accurately complete documentation and record-keeping, including vitals
- Report all violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
Requirements
- Completed CNA/STNA course and current state license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
- Excellent attendance and reliability
Schedule
- Full Time: 2nd & 3rd Shifts (7.5-Hour Shifts)
- Weekends ONLY: 2nd Shift
Pay
$5,000 Sign on Bonus for full time only.
