Patient Care Specialist - Physical Therapy Tech

Specific Job Responsibilities

• Assist the clinical team with patient care
• Oversee and help to facilitate the patient's exercise program
• Set up recovery therapies for patients and clients like Normatec Compression, Ice/heat
• Aid the clinical team in administering regenerative services like EMTT (extrcorporeal magnetotransduction therapy), Red Light Therapy, and PEMF (pulse electromagnetic therapy).
• Be responsible for keeping the clinic clean and presentable at all times
• Ensure the patient's experience is productive toward reaching their internal goal and help to carry out the plans of the clinical providers.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Purpose of this Position

The Patient Care Specialist will be responsible for providing tactical support for the rest of the team by helping to boost their efficiency, improve KPI's and ultimately support the company in achieving its MISSION of helping people make better decisions about their health
