Role Summary: The Patient Care Partner works under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care for individuals of all ages. This role supports the healthcare team by assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring patient conditions, performing clinical support tasks, and helping create a safe, comfortable, and healing environment for patients and their families.
Schedule
- Full-Time 36 hours a week
- Night Shift
- Weekend and holiday rotation required
- Hours may vary by assigned department
