This 16-bed unit is known for its family atmosphere and friendly and positive work environment where caregivers put their patients first.
Responsibilities
- Provide or assist with basic patient care under the supervision of an RN.
- Report abnormal findings and changes in patients’ condition.
- Keep patients’ rooms clean and orderly.
- Measure vital signs.
- Measure weight.
- Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living.
- Perform patient transfers/transport.
- Perform pulse oximetry.
- Conduct point of care testing.
- Perform dressing changes.
- Apply external monitoring devices.
- Remove urinary Foley catheter.
- Report abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions
