Patient Care Host/Hostess - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Provides personalized meal service to patients.
• Assists patients with meal selections and communicates these selections to the production staff.
• Calculates, prepares, and serves between meal feedings and nutritional supplements and tube feedings as ordered.
• Maintains accurate written and oral communication with other patient care team members, and assists them as needed.
• Maintains high level of sanitation in Food Services Department.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• One year of experience working directly with customers.
• Six months experience working with computers or computerized equipment.
• One year of experience working directly with customers, clients or patients in institutional food service or health care.
