Patient Care Coordinator Part-Time Remote
What You'll Do
- Welcome and support families with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
- Answer calls, respond to emails, and schedule evaluations and therapy appointments.
- Cookordinate communication with families, physicians, schools, and therapists.
- Guide new families through the intake and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records using Google Workspace and our practice management software.
- Help improve office systems and contribute ideas as our practice grows.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A friendly, confident phone presence.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Gmail).
- Comfortable learning RingCentral and other software.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Schedule
Remote position
Part-time, 15 to 20 hours per week
Monday through Friday daytime hours
Opportunity for additional hours and responsibilities
As the practice grows, there will be opportunities to take on additional hours and responsibilities.
