Patient Care Coordinator - OBGYN

About the role

The Patient Care Coordinator provides various receptionist and skilled clerical duties to support the department. This position may be responsible for scheduling patients, obtaining necessary documentation, supporting prior authorizations, and coordinating aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care. A PCC will perform all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of the entity.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Medical office or related healthcare experience OR 6 months experience as a Providence employee in an Associate PCC position

About the Team

Providence Swedish is the largest not-for-profit health care system in the greater Puget Sound area. Pay

Base pay range: $25.73 - $39.36 per hour. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
