Responsibilities
- Speaking with patients on the phone
- Scheduling appointments
- Greeting patients
- Patient check in and out
- A variety of front desk administrative duties
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and personal presentation
- Positive, professional, and personable demeanor
- 1+ years of experience preferred (willing to train candidates with strong customer service skills and a desire to learn)
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Efficiency at multi-tasking
- Proficiency with computers and basic systems
- Ability to interact with patients in a professional and friendly manner
