Patient Care Coordinator

Immediate opening for full-time (40 hours per week) Patient Care Coordinator in the Ear, Nose and Throat department of Norfolk location. Schedule includes Monday through Friday. Duties include assisting the department and staff on providing high-quality patient care. Functions as a bridge of communication between the patient, the physician and ancillary services both within and outside of the Clinic. Must have excellent customer service, communication and computer skills; be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks. Phone experience and 5 years ENT experience preferred.
