Your Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients to the dental office
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Keep updates records and files
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper ect.)

Your Schedule

Monday - Friday: 7:40 AM - 5:00 PM

Your Background

  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience as front desk representative in a dental practice
  • Familiarity with dental practices and office machines (e.g fax, printer ect.)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • A high school diploma
  • Desires to help your patients

Position Base Pay Range: $20 - $24 USD
