Responsibilities

• Manage patient inquiries via phone and electronic communication
• Assist with appointments, medication requests, and lab results
• Maintain documentation in compliance with protocols and regulations
• Support medical records and EMR tasks
• Facilitate post-visit provider communication

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• CPR certification
• 1+ year of medical front office and phone experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
