Part timeRole Responsibilities
- Greet patients and create a warm, elevated patient experience
- Answer phone calls, texts, and patient inquiries professionally
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- Follow up with leads and help convert inquiries into booked appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Educate patients on treatments, skincare, packages, and wellness services
- Support sales of skincare, packages, treatments, and wellness services
- Maintain organization of the front desk, retail area, and patient flow
- Auxiliary support with social media content and clinic marketing when needed
- Keep communication platforms, scheduling systems, and patient leads updated
- Support the provider and team throughout the day
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming clinic environment
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of aesthetics, med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness clinic experience required
- Sales experience required
- Experience with patient scheduling, lead follow up, and customer service preferred
- Comfortable with sales, upselling, and patient education
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and patient care
- Comfortable learning scheduling systems, patient communication platforms, and clinic protocols
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
