Patient Care Coordinator
Join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator at Eye Contact Madison West, located at 7428 Mineral Point Rd, Madison, WI 53717. We’re looking for a warm, organized, and patient-focused individual to be the heartbeat of our front desk, creating a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
Pay & Schedule
- $18-22/hour
- Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm (with flexibility to work at Eye Contact Madison Isthmus location as well)
Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming voice on the phone, helping patients with scheduling and questions
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Keep things running smoothly with efficient front desk operations
- Support patient flow with strong multitasking and time management skills
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus!)
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills
