Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of HearingLife clinics
  • Achieve revenue goals by attracting new patients
  • Manage administrative and operational functions
  • Celebrate and coordinate patient interactions and needs
  • Welcome all patients and maintain high levels of customer service
  • Inbound and outbound phone calls, 50-75 per day
  • Schedule and confirm all patient appointments
  • Process Patient Profile Information (PPI) intake and verification of medical insurance information
  • Order and receive office supplies
  • Process payments for hearing aid supplies
  • Manage office cleanliness
  • Uphold and maintain HIPAA standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using technology, including scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
