Responsibilities
- Act as the face of HearingLife clinics
- Achieve revenue goals by attracting new patients
- Manage administrative and operational functions
- Celebrate and coordinate patient interactions and needs
- Welcome all patients and maintain high levels of customer service
- Inbound and outbound phone calls, 50-75 per day
- Schedule and confirm all patient appointments
- Process Patient Profile Information (PPI) intake and verification of medical insurance information
- Order and receive office supplies
- Process payments for hearing aid supplies
- Manage office cleanliness
- Uphold and maintain HIPAA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role
Skills and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using technology, including scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
