Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of retail clinics and support patient care
  • Achieve revenue goals by attracting new patients and managing administrative tasks
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Process patient insurance information
  • Order and receive office supplies
  • Manage payment processing and inventory of hearing aid supplies
  • Maintain office cleanliness and adhere to HIPAA standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or healthcare

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable using technology, including scheduling software and EMR systems
