Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve patients
- Manage administrative and operational functions
- Coordinate patient interactions and needs
- Handle inbound and outbound calls (50-75 per day)
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Process Patient Profile Information (PPI) intake and verification
- Order and receive office supplies
- Process payments
- Manage hearing aid supply inventory
- Maintain office cleanliness
- Comply with HIPAA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or healthcare
Skills and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using technology, including scheduling software and EMR systems
