Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve patients
  • Manage administrative and operational functions
  • Coordinate patient interactions and needs
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls (50-75 per day)
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Process Patient Profile Information (PPI) intake and verification
  • Order and receive office supplies
  • Process payments
  • Manage hearing aid supply inventory
  • Maintain office cleanliness
  • Comply with HIPAA standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or healthcare

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using technology, including scheduling software and EMR systems
