Responsibilities
You will serve as the face of HearingLife's retail clinics, focusing on delivering exceptional patient experiences and helping more people hear better. Your daily tasks include:
- Welcome all patients and maintain high levels of customer service
- Inbound and outbound phone calls, approximately 50-75 per day
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Process Patient Profile Information (PPI) intake and verification of medical insurance information
- Order and receive office supplies
- Manage payment processing for hearing aid supplies
- Maintain office cleanliness
- Comply with HIPAA standards

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or healthcare
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using technology, including scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
