Responsibilities

• Be the First Impression: Welcome patients with high energy, warmth, and a genuine smile.
• Keep the Flow Fabulous: Maintain a full, flowing, and efficient schedule to ensure every patient is taken care of promptly.
• Master the Desk: Handle phones, insurance, billing, and treatment plans to keep everything running smoothly.
• Connect & Communicate: Assist parents in navigating their care, answer questions confidently, and ensure no detail is overlooked.
• Team Spirit: Contribute to a positive, supportive, and fun office culture by pitching in wherever needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a dental or medical office, with a strong understanding of insurance processes and software.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Natural charm, excellent communication skills, and a "can-do" attitude.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take feedback constructively.
