Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring all information is current and compliant with data protection regulations.
- Aid patients with administrative tasks, including the completion of necessary forms and providing guidance on billing and insurance enquiries.
- Effectively communicate care plans and instructions to patients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their treatment journey.
- Address patient questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism, providing timely resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated patient care.
- Perform various administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the clinic.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a healthcare administration, patient services, or a similar role is essential.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for building rapport.
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach to all interactions.
- Proficiency in using office software and familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is highly advantageous.
