Patient Care Coordinator
Location: Randolph, NJ | Full-time, on-site | Exempt
Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 / year

We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to act as a liaison between our provider and patients to monitor treatment plans, connect patients with healthcare providers, and evaluate their progress.
Alliance Orthopedics is the region's most dynamic multidisciplinary orthopedic practice with nine clinic locations across New Jersey: Bloomfield, Fair Lawn, Union, Randolph, East Brunswick, Middletown, Freehold, Old Bridge, and Toms River.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport and establish trust with patients, providers, and Scheduler(s)
- Conduct weekly meetings with assigned provider(s) to discuss active patient list; assure changes/modifications are implemented to accelerate care and get better outcomes
- Assure patient compliance by reviewing the daily schedule ongoing; delegate changes/modifications to the Scheduler(s); follow up to assure completion
- Carry out coordination for patient imaging as required
- Collaborate with Medical Team for MD appointments as required
- Provide advanced knowledge of Alliance Ortho services and technology
- Complete mastery of role and responsibilities of a Scheduler
Requirements
- BA/BS in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Previous experience in a similar practice: Sports Medicine, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Pain Management, Orthopedic/Spine Surgeon (preferred)
