Patient Care Associate (PCA)
Mission:
Under the direction of an RN or LPN, the PCA assists with individualized patient care to help patients achieve their highest level of wellness. This role is an essential member of the care team, performing both clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Works cooperatively with others as part of a team; recognizes the importance of group goals.
Performs designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks essential to providing care to the patient.
Position Details
Day Shift (7am - 7pm)
Must work weekdays 20 hours-36 hours a week
Not able to hire any PRN or under 20 hours per week for this role
Rotating Holidays & Weekends

Requirements
BLS certification within 1 month of hire
PCA competencies completed within 3 months
Education
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Enrolled in a healthcare career program (including high school programs)
Preferred Certification
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly
Prolonged standing and walking
Ability to bend, kneel, reach, twist, grip, and squat
