Patient Care Associate

About the role

Provides patient focused non-licensed clinical care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Performs various tasks including but not limited to phlebotomy, EKG, and basic nursing skills to facilitate quality service outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Performs phlebotomy
• Conducts EKG tests
• Applies basic nursing skills

Requirements

• Essential Education: Tech/Trade Certification, High School Diploma or GED, Nursing Assistant specialization
• Experience: Under one year of experience
• Credentials: Basic Life Support Certified Nursing Assistant-LIC, Phlebotomy, EKG 12-Lead

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Level II Background Screening
