Patient Care Assistant- Physical Rehab

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Provides basic nursing care to all patients.
• Assists in maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Illinois approved Certification required.
• Current Phlebotomy certification upon hire, preferred.
• Current EKG certification upon hire, preferred.
• Current BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
• Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $18.00 to $26.08.
