Schedule

Full-time, day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, including rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collect data that contributes to the assessment and evaluation of individualized care and needs of assigned patients.
• Provide direct care (taking vital signs, transporting to other departments) to patients according to Meridian policy and procedures.
• Perform clerical duties such as answering phones and order entry as needed.
• Prioritize and execute assigned tasks in a timely, efficient manner.
• Help maintain department operations by stocking, handling linens, cleaning equipment, and transporting patients.
• Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for patients and other staff members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Knowledge of chemical dependency preferred
